    Quick & Flavorful Vegetable Pulav (Pressure Cooker Style)

    No soaking rice, no fuss! Perfect for when you’re craving something delicious and easy!

    Ingredients: 1 cup India Gate Long Grain Basmati Rice (no soaking!)

    1 ½ cups mixed veggies (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes, etc.)

    2 tbsp oil or ghee

    1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

    1 tsp fennel seeds

    2 cloves,

    1 small cinnamon stick,

    Salt to taste

    2 cups water

    Instructions: Soak Ginger and garli marinatedd veggies for 5 minutes, then drain.

    Heat oil/ghee in a pressure cooker.

    Add fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon. Sauté for 30 sec. Add veggies & ginger-garlic paste.

    Sauté for 2-3 mins. Add rice, sauté for 1-2 mins. Pour in water & add salt.

    Close lid, cook for 3 whistles on medium heat.

    Let the pressure release naturally, then fluff the rice.

    Serve with raita or a simple Khorma

    *** Alternative ****

    Pour in the 2 cups of water and season with salt to taste. Stir gently. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and the water is absorbed.
