A perfect snack for both kids and adults, this simple yet delicious brittle combines the goodness of almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, and hazelnuts with a rich jaggery syrup.

    Ingredients:

    1 cup almonds
    ½ cup cashews
    ½ cup peanuts
    ½ cup pistachios
    ½ cup hazelnuts
    2 cups water
½ cup jaggery (adjust sweetness to taste)
    Instructions:

    Prepare the Nuts:
In a pan, add all the nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, and hazelnuts).
Sauté on low flame until they turn light brown and release a nutty aroma.
Set the nuts aside to cool.
    Make the Jaggery Syrup:
In a separate pan, add 2 cups of water and ½ cup of jaggery.
Bring it to a boil and simmer until the mixture thickens to a sticky consistency (about 10-15 minutes).
    Grind the Nuts:
Once the nuts have cooled down, grind them into a semi-coarse powder, leaving a little texture.
    Mix Everything Together:
Add the ground nuts to the jaggery syrup. Stir well to ensure there are no lumps or chunks.
Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
    Shape the Brittle:
Pour the mixture into a greased plate or tray.
Flatten it out and shape it into your desired pieces. You can use a knife to score lines for easy breaking later.
    Cool and Serve:
Allow the brittle to cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
Enjoy your homemade dry fruits brittle, a perfect snack anytime!
