    Onion Chutney Recipe:

    Ingredients:
    – 2 onions
    – 1 tomato
    – 2 round chilies (or 4 for spicier taste)
    – Sesame oil
    – Salt to taste
    – Tamarind (optional)

    Instructions:
    1. Heat a pan and add sesame oil.
    2. Sauté the onions and tomatoes until they turn translucent.
    3. Optional: add a pinch of tamarind for a tangy taste.
    4. Add the chilies and sauté for 20 seconds.
    5. Add desired amount of salt and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
    6. Grind the mixture into a soft paste.
    7. Serve the chutney with your favorite dish or use it as a dip.
